The Qualcomm is trying to offer some social services for the underprivileged low-budget feature-phone community. At an event in New Delhi, Qualcomm has announced their Qualcomm 205 SoC which can’t be tagged as a ‘processor’, unlike ones we have seen in the Snapdragon series, although it is.
