 1. Backup your file- Keep a routine backup your files copies into external storage that are not connected to your computers.

2.Up-to-date you system : First of all, update your system if you are using unsupported os version.Simply upgrade to Windows 10.

3.Use robust Antivirus Software : Install and use up-to-date antivirus versions.

4.Avoid clicking on links and email attachments from people or companies that you don't know.

5.Switch off the SMB in your computers.
